At AthletiZone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. This Refund Policy outlines our refund procedures for courses and services.

1. Course Refunds

Self-Paced Courses

For self-paced online courses, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the course content.

Refund Conditions

  • Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • You must not have completed more than 20% of the course
  • Course must be in its original condition
  • Original payment method must still be valid

Partial Completion

If you have completed more than 20% of the course, refunds will be prorated based on the portion of the course you have accessed.

2. Live Session Refunds

Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours before: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before: No refund
  • Coach cancellation: Full refund + rescheduling option

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a live session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee.

3. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing period with no further charges.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

  • Subject: Refund Request - [Order/Purchase ID]
  • Include: Order number, reason for refund, and relevant details

We will respond to your refund request within 5 business days and process eligible refunds within 7-10 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Processing Time

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital downloads (certificates, resources) after 7 days
  • Services that have been fully rendered
  • Items purchased during promotional sales (as indicated)
  • Third-party services or products

7. Special Circumstances

We may offer refunds outside our standard policy in cases of technical issues, course unavailability, or other exceptional circumstances. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
