You receive full access to the course content and any included resources listed on the course page.

You receive access to your course for 6 months from the date of purchase, allowing you to learn at your own pace and revisit the material as needed during that period.

Yes. Courses are designed for flexible learning, allowing you to pause, rewatch, and progress according to your schedule within your access period.

Yes. Each course clearly states the recommended level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) so you can choose what best fits your goals.

Yes. You can book 1-on-1 sessions for personalized guidance and support. Availability depends on the coach’s schedule.

No. Course videos are streamed to maintain content quality and integrity. Some courses may include downloadable resources where applicable.

At this time, AthletiZone does not provide certificates of completion. Our focus is on practical learning and real performance development.

For self-paced courses, you may request a full refund within 15 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course.
For live sessions:
● 48+ hours before the session: Full refund
● 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
● Less than 24 hours before: No refund
● If a coach cancels: Full refund or rescheduling option
Refund requests must be submitted to inquiry@athletizone.com with your order ID. Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
